Gershon was formerly Global Head of Infrastructure Funds at Abrdn plc for 10 years, leading a $5bn platform of 10 unlisted funds. Previously Global Head of Project Finance at Lloyds Banking Group. NED at Semperian Holdings in the UK, and advisory board member of fund managers in Latin America and USA. Gershon served as a member of the UK Government's National Infrastructure Plan Strategic Engagement Forum and represented business as part of B20/G20 task forces.
