The information contained in this Website is being issued by CGIM. CGIM is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom but the Fund (as defined below) has a duly appointed alternative investment fund manager that is so authorised and approved.
The Contents of this Website should not be construed as legal, tax or financial advice nor should its Contents be distributed, published or reproduced in whole or in part, or be relied upon as the basis for investment in any funds that are, or may be, described herein.

Whilst we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of the information, we make no representations as to its accuracy, completeness or usefulness whatsoever of the Content and offer no undertakings.
Investments in securities, futures, options, foreign exchange and other investments can fluctuate in value and investors should be aware that they may not realise the initial amount invested and may get back less than they invested. As investments in securities, futures, options, foreign exchange and other investments entail above average risk, investors should carefully consider whether their financial circumstances permit them to invest and, if necessary, seek the advice of an independent financial adviser.
The Content of this Website is for general information only. The information on our Website does not constitute an offer or solicitation to any person to buy or sell any investment in the Clean Growth Fund LP (the “Fund“) in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation or distribution is not authorised or would be unlawful to make such offer, solicitation or distribution or if it is unlawful without compliance with additional registration or filing requirements.
Information given within this Website relates to products that are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom. Neither CGIM nor any of its associated companies will be responsible for providing protections afforded to the underlying investors or for advising them.
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results and there is a risk of loss in investing in investments. There is a risk of total loss of your investment and it remains the responsibility of any person(s) in possession of the information contained herein as it is not a guarantee or promise of future results and, where applicable, such persons should seek their own independent financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability

8. Rights of third parties
9. The UK Stewardship Code
Under rule 2.2.3R of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Conduct of Business Sourcebook, CGIM is required to include on its Website to make a disclosure about the nature of its commitment to the UK Financial Reporting Council’s Stewardship Code (the “Code”) or where CGIM does not commit to the Code, its alternative investment strategy. The Code is voluntary and sets out a number of principles relating to engagement by investors with UK equity issuers.
The Code is directed in the first instance to institutional investors by which is meant asset owners and asset managers with equity holdings in UK listed companies. Whilst CGIM is supportive of the objectives that underlie the Code, it has chosen not to commit to the Code. CGIM does not currently invest in UK listed companies. CGIM acts as an investment manager which invests in non-listed companies that produce clean technologies. CGIM’s overriding investment strategy is to add value over the long term.
Although CGIM seeks to align its approach with the broad aims of the Code, the provisions of the Code are primarily not relevant to the type of investment activity currently undertaken by CGIM. Should any of these factors change, CGIM will review its commitment to the Code at that time and make appropriate disclosure.
We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with us please contact us as soon as possible.
